The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

My name is Kellie Parker, and I am the Community Manager at SEGA of America. As you probably know, we’ll be releasing an Aliens vs. Predator videogame, and we’re starting to plan our presence at E3. We’re interested in having people in Alien, Predator and Colonial Marine costumes at our booth for photo opportunities and to help us promote the game. If you are interested, or you know people who may be interested in helping us, please let me know.

If anyone is interested please let me know.

Nice!

I know that one of the guys from Gearbox has a set of my armor, and one of the guys from CNET/Gamespot has one as well. So there should be a couple of sets on display there already.

Anyone who does go had better take lots of pics!!

Its the same details, just posted here in case people were not watching the AvP game thread and wanted in.

I don't know if SEGA would pay for flight and hotel etc....I'll find out.

Kerrie has a meeting with regards to E3 later today in which covering costs etc will be discussed.

She has asked for photo's of costumed people for her staff to see so I'm sending her a random sample of member photos from the website.
Mainly photo's with clear views of the armor and weapons etc and people who I know are active and easily contactable.
I have stipulated that if these are to be used for anything more than simply viewing by her staff that she must get permission from the photo owners themselves. I'll let you know if that's the case.

I don't have any good pics of the Predator costumers sadly.
Can anyone send me pics over of their costumes to send over to SEGA?

I'd be happy to help, you know that...but with taking days off, flying down to E3 and getting a room. It would be impossible to "pay to help". :?

Otherwise, if they can compensate us, I'm there in a flash! :D :D

OK, SEGA is wanting 1 Alien, 1 Predator and 1 Marine.
Due to limited costs they want to know where each will be flying from and how many hotel rooms will be needed.

So....we need a Predator, a Bug and a Marine.

How do we figure this?

I know we have plenty of marines, a few bugs....Predators?

As you can probably guess, I'm very willing to be standby Alien for this (in case you can't track down a local Xeno) despite being on the wrong side of the Atlantic. I would also be very willing to pay a portion of the airfare.
