Oh man... I've got enough on my hands as it is with the smartgun rig (it's passible as it is but there's still plenty left to be done before I'll call it "finished") and a certain side project I'm working on. (I swear to God, the first person who says "you're going as Cally?" is going to get shot. )

Progress is being made on the gun refit now that I have the materials I was lacking, and Tim Shilling from ASPENG emailed me this week. He's done with his move, and back on track with putting the finishing touches on the smartgun effects module. Yay! Now it's just a matter of getting funds together for the aluminum for the vest, and the last bits of machining for the arm. Oh, yeah, and the headset. I'm hoping another Beyerdynamic will pop up on eBay, one that isn't a scam this time preferably. At least PayPal refunded me for it, lol.

The invite is genuinely appreciated, though! Tell ya what... once I'm done with the two above, if I have time to do a Joe costume and do it justice, I'll be happy to join ya.

Usually Sunday during the day is Joe time, might do it two times though as I've got another Joe in the works. The Lowlight on our Joe boards by the wya has never been to a con with us so no worries there.
