Apart from the valid room question couldn't we upgrade things on Sat/Sun?
I might only be able to bring a small backdrop. If Aj could bring the larger APC backdrop that would be great.

Perhaps (thinkingout load here) if we see on Friday that there is enough room we could contact AJ to bring it?

Hi guys the APC back drop fits in a hold-all bag and would take up roughly the same space as a display table. I will bring it anyway kris as I'm more than happy to help out the group only thing is I may need help carrying it from the car park. Looking forward to seeing old friends again.

Update info on the photo backdrop for set up it needs a space 2.5 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep. I've got a friend 3d printing height extensions to help with ease of assembly and disassembly as well as those photos with our none human counterparts.
