Plan:

Rehearsals are due to start at 2.00.

At 5.00 they will stop to give everyone a chance to go book in to the hotel for those people that haven't.

Everyone back at 6.00 for a full dress Rehearsal.

7.00 AE starts.

Well hopefully you won't need any more practice (rick might) the first show is at 7.00 so I'd suggest being on site for at least 6.00 to make sure you have time to get ready. We should have someone on site from around 3.00 to start to get stuff ready for the displays.
