Hello Aliens Fans, I'm ChaoticD and I have been working on an Aliens Flash Game for a few weeks now called Aliens Last Stand. The game will be a Side View Platformer shooter and will release with one playable level upon release. In the Hadley's Hope Cargo Hold Level, the player must defend him or her self from an endless alien swarm with a pulse rifle and the remaining pieces of equipment left behind. Players will need to complete objectives during the assault to help even the odds against intelligent alien enemy's that will use the environment to their full advantage. The game will be releasing on 4 / 12 / 13. Upon release not every feature will be complete, however Aliens Last Stand has been designed for future additions in the form of both updates and content. Please note that this is a fan created game. Please share your thoughts below.

Well, when I designed the concept map, the open window on the right (there is a window on the right top that you have to close if you look closely)was bigger so I came up with the concept that an APC from the Sulaco Fell out during the events of Aliens Colonial Marines and crashed through the window into Hadley's Hope. I should make the window bigger....

Aliens Last Stand is very close to being finished, however I am in need of sound effects. If anyone can direct me to where I can retrieve a few sound effects from the Alien movies or games, It would be much appreciated. As of right now the only sound effect I have is the Pulse Rifle. Here is a list of what I am still looking for. Any sounds still missing on release can always be updated in later.

I don't know of a site with them already done, but you can do it yourself by just playing the film on your computer and recording what's playing with some free sound editing software like Audacity. You can change the volume, cut it to size and save as whatever format you need.

True, however you don't get the same quality unless you have the original sounds. If i'm going to use sounds for a game, they need to be as accurate to the source as possible or not used at all.

Hello again, I am just reminding anyone that is interested, that Aliens Last Stand will be releasing in exactly 5 hours from now at 10pm eastern time onto the web. ChaoticD, I've been trying to play it, but...

My computer is broke and I'm down to using a laptop with no mouse, and it doesn't have the flash player-whatever thing to play it;

AND the computers at work don't have Java!

This sucks! I love flash games, and I've been wanting to play yours for so long now!

On 4 / 26 / 13, Aliens Last Stand will be receiving its first update to Version 1.1.
The new update will include:

-New Jump Mechanic
-New Melee Mechanic
-New Objective Pulse (used to highlight interactable objects)
-New Tutorial Mode
-AI now respawns if stuck for longer than 2 seconds
-Added Background Music
-Added Control Information in Options
-Increased Time Between Xeno Spawns
-Fixed Timer Continuation After Game Over
-Improved Online Performance
