Hey Chaps

So, looking to attend this with a display table. Spoke to the organizers and they have arranged a table for us for FREE as the UKCM. To again display prop replicas and (or) originals.

I know this is early in the year to say, but it's up for us to display what we like and also who can make it.

This will be over the weekend of Friday 5th July 2013 - Sunday 7th July 2013

Hotels and arrangements will be made at a later date. But this is here for a reminder so book dates off from work and add your names on who can make it and who would like to display there props.

I'll be making a list of things that would go on the table. This is only going to be a 6ft x 2ft so props limited.

Meh, I was thinking about going. There's a guest that I might be interested in seeing. You might have heard of her, she's called Amanda Tapping.



Of course I'll be there! LFCC is one of my favourites. Not sure how much I'll be helping out on the table though. I'll either be drooling on Tapping's shoes or in prison. Maybe both.

What are our thoughts about Hotel for this one then?

Near Earls Court or cheaper hotels further out?

My brother-in-law works at the Hilton just down the road. Ill speak to him and see what discount he can do. Just need to know how many rooms You'll need

If we stay near Earls Court parking is £50 for two days.

Around Gareth place at the Primier inn it's £6 parking in the car park and alot cheaper hotel so I do not mind driving to and from the event.

But still need a car to get the Earls court. It's a pain.
