The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I dont think he's doing a general signing/photos according to the Expo forums - hope that changes, or at least we can get an ALG award to him.

The biggest marine name we can add....I hope we can get it to him but fly in/fly out...doesn't seem possible.

Our time will come.
Will it be MCM Expo?
Will it be a US con?
Will it be me scaling his fence at 5am and presenting through his upstairs bathroom window?

Who knows!!

OK.

He will be doing a flying visit for a couple of hours around his panel about his graphic novel, which is currently scheduled for 3pm on Saturday.

Trevor “Pvt. Wierzbowski” Steedman should be coming along and the plan is to have a little cast reunion. Trevor and ADC might also be filming some stuff for ADC's documentary. From our point of view, I think it would be really cool if we could get as many Aliens costumers in one place to see the reunion. Paxton has previously said that he doesn’t do conventions because he thinks “No-one wants to see me, and no one would be interested in Aliens” - I think we should prove him wrong.

If you’d like to take part in this, be in the area of Panel Area/Theatre A, after about 2pm Saturday in plenty of time for his panel at 3pm. In Aliens-related costume if possible of course! I am unsure if the panel will be ticketed but it’s a possibility.

Paxton’s schedule is very tight and subject to change, and despite Bill himself seemingly being willing there are plenty of variables so nothing is guaranteed, but I think we need to take this chance to show Hudson some love!

Any AL member is welcome. And please pass this on to any other Marine or Alien costumers that might be interested!

I think that working on this new film has renewed his love of sci-fi and Aliens and so he might be more receptive now. Anthony said that last week Bill was quoting Aliens and was interested in seeing his Armor again and mentioned he might give Harry a call to set that up while he's in the UK filming.

So this might be the perfect storm to get some face-time with him and give him his award!
