The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Can I get some guesses at actual costs for expenses?

Unfortunately, the costs I give may influence which people are selected, if we have enough.

As Jeri's at LFCC on Saturday only, I could do this on the Friday.

Parking nearby looks to be about £20 for most of one day, so that's all I'd ask for expenses wise. :)

I could do Friday Only as I could take the day off and drive down first thing and than drive to the Hotel near Gareth place to start the LFCC.

What start time is the show on Friday????

No hotel need, I would like the parking pay for and some money for food and drinks and that about it.

I doing this because Friday is looking short but if other want to do Firday fair place and I will stand aside.

The venue has parking, plus various other car parks around http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/attr ... on-centre/

I am waiting to find out if Sega has been given any free parking by the show organisers.

You can either follow the signs for Hove and then go along the seafront, or continue along the A27 and then follow the signs for Brighton Town Centre Car Parks.

I'll be trying to park in the Russel Road multi-storey right behind the Brighton Centre. You get to it by driving up the side of the Odeon/Oceana, which is right next to the centre:

Don't set your heart on a specific car park yet guys - there is limited parking at the venue for exhibitors, and Sega will be paying. So we need to wait till I hear back.

Don't worry - it's all in hand! :)

I don't mind paying for a space (then maybe getting refunded), so am planning ahead, just in case. :)

Strangely enough, I've planned ahead in the same way. Since I'm the one PLANNING this.

When I know the deal, I'll post the details. Speculation will just cause confusion, duplicated effort and ... the sneaking suspicion that I'm wasting my time because people will just ignore me anyway.
