Unfortunately, Malika says that the dates have all gone to press, so that weekend is indeed set in stone for the Movie Mania weekend.

Regarding the Encounter... Gareth won't be there, Claymore won't be there, Bri won't have a bug suit...
Not sure if we could even do the thing without G's technical expertise, never mind the lack of bugs overall!

The Movie Mania and the Alien Encounter at NSC is an event the UKG and UKCM run together as a fundraiser. Basicly, we take over the Space Centre for a weekend, show off props and costumes, interact with the public and sometimes scare the bejeezus out of them. In the evening we all get together, have an auction for charity, have a good knees up and attempt to drink Leicester dry.
