Saw it last night... I noticed the homage started when Paella was pulling the metal gratings off to try to catch Wallace.

Still think The Wrong Trousers is the best Wallace and Gromit so far, it's the chase scene on the model train.
I did laugh my socks off at the forklift with the giant oven mits, I should've seen the ending coming but I had no idea and almost died of laughter.
Hope he makes another.
