Hi Dom,

I do understand your point and the humorous context you intended it to be used in. However the problem with referring to the blacklist is that it is a sensitive subject for many members of the board. Using it in a humorous or snide manner at the expense of another member encourages division within the community. I'm not saying that you've been using it in a snide way, but I have witnessed little snide jabs here and there in unrelated threads from various other members (you know who you are). These posts have not gone unnoticed by the administrative team. We'd all like to put this behind us very badly. So in the interest of the community's health, I think it would be wise for members to restrain themselves from humorous and/or snide comments related to this matter, and any constructive commentary should reside purely within the thread in which this whole debacle originated.

In all seriousness, I'll delete "blacklist" from my AL vocab. This is a fun place to get away and chat with friends about our mutual passion. Problems arise, hopefully we can get past the real world BS and then get back to normal. Well, as normal as we get.
