So I actually beat the game a couple days ago, but i'm still digesting this game. Wow, this was a really amazing conclusion to the series (For now. MGS5, who knows? ). Although probably over half the game was cutscene, I think I kind of prefer the series for that.

Anyone else play this game? Thoughts?

I'm looking forward to getting it, but I'm going to be playing GTA IV for at least another month or two.

I've been sort of trying to ignore MGS for now. I want to finish GTA first. MGS is one of my favourire game series (along with GTA), so I want to play it properly when the time is right.

I've played through MGS about 10 times, MGS 2 three times, and MGS 3 twice. I'm hoping MGS4 is as good as it looks like it is. The reviews have been very good, and I'm VERY pleased to hear that the cut scenes can be paused! There have been many times in the past (on lots of games) where something happens in real life, and I can't pause the cut scene without skipping it, usually resulting in a cold or over cooked dinner by the time its finished.

I might wait and get it for my Birthday in August.
