The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I'm driving up Rich but not till the Saturday morning. Only problem with driving is that you will need to think about parking. There is none at the hotel :(
The pre-book price for the multi storey next to Earls Court is £35.50 from 7 am Sat morning till 7am Monday morning. You would need to add an extra day to that unfortunately.
Just thought I'd give you a heads up

Cheers

Darren

Cost single: £14 standard
£18 first class

Train from waterloo to Yeovil - 20/07/2008
Waterloo depart: 19:15

Hi Steve,

Just standard class, our prices were £16 each (single fare) going up and £11 each (single fare) coming back. Then postage & booking fee, totalling £57 altogther for the two of us.

Rich - Honiton and Yeovil are on the direct line to Waterloo, we don't need to change trains, so maybe thats why its a bit cheaper? Don't know.

Cheers,
Karyn

Hi Rich,

Looks like you can get a standard class saver return for £30.30, so that would be chaeper for you (equivalent of £15 each way).

Cheers,
Karyn

There's going to be an Alien talk on the Saturday now. This could be more appropriate for having the marines escort the guests onto the stage and then stand off to the side. Something to see if showmasters are interested in us doing anyway.

Cheers

Great news Darren and Simon.

Ok for the southwest lot I think we should get off at Wimbledon station as there is a tube that goes straight from Wimbledon to Earls court station for the tube.

As if wee go to Waterloo we have to get the tube from Waterloo to Westminster and then to Earls court.

Wimbledon station is before Clapham junction. Due to the fact that waterloo and Clapham station are were all the London trains meet and this means they will be busy.

So get off at Wimbledon station and on the tube to earls court in one hit.

What do you think Karyn and Andy?

Hi Data,
Our train doesn't stop at Wimbledon station.

I think we'll have to go to Waterloo and use the underground Jubliee line to get to the District line, which will take us to Earls Court. Its not far.
Cheers,
Karyn

That nice, £95 for all seven Aliens people there.

It goes right though Wimbledon station tho, I thought it would stop there also.

But I gust waterloo station and than tube to Westminster tube station to Earle court.

Earls court to hotel as follow.

Out of station, turn right first right turn, end of road Earle court. turn left, 50 meters stop and turn left at hotel.

Who gets the free tickets? Are we going to have do some topless mud wrestling to work it out? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part? ;)

That's not too bad. We can't expect free entry everywhere. Besides, it was the same deal at CM: Glasgow ...

As long as "dealers" have exemption from the virtual queuing for the guests, I'm happy.

Tables? Abe wants a photo stand! ;) ;)
