It's the 'final cut'! I saw it in Leeds last week, it was re-released in Autumn. Bought it in a 5 disc tin the other day, but had to take it back... twice... embarrassingly, for defects that would never bother the average dvd-buying populace!

It was the first time I've ever seen it too- amazing. The bad robot girl is something special. I want one.

I saw it a few weeks ago up here in Aberdeen, was brilliant to see in such clarity as the cinema has massive digital projection equipment, no pops or crackles for me! :p

Was let down by the lack of added footage though, but it was still good to see it on the big screen. Wish they'd hurry up and do the same for Aliens...

well this is the thing. i was on the vue site asking i they were able to do a private screening of aliens. aand get any of you lot who want to come down and see it too. no reply from them as of yet though.

There's very few truly additional scenes, more remastered/re-shot/improved existing scenes.
