The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Well... don't get me wrong... the screaming beaver patch certainly looks pissed...

I mean after all the years of the slaughter of it's brothers and sisters for their pelts...

Perhaps the beaver is actually attacking the Earth? Not defending it? Least that's how I see it now.

And Tom...

I've been trying to think of something to post.....something to relieve my aggression and stress.

But you know what.......I may be stressed and at times I may act aggressive......but I have nothing to really complain about.

I have a good job, a beautiful wife, nice apartment, car runs and money in the bank (sort of). I'm just dandy.

Oh wait.....anyone recall this week in the Senate?
The House of Representatives moved for a resolution to condemn Rush Limbaugh for something he did not say. Led by Harry Reid they wish to smear Rush Limbaugh for calling out a gentleman who reported he was an Iraq War veteran calling him a 'phoney soldier' when he was not a veteran. It was damn obvious what he said, but no.....the left has to go after him saying he was insulting all the troops..
Yet these same Senators cannot even move to condemn the moveon.org advertisement smearing and insulting the leading General in Iraq before he had even made his report to the Senate.

Who the hell voted for these people? And how the hell are they able to stay in power?

Heehee, can of worms now!!

As to how the forum is run... that's what happens when people like to costume as the grunts as opposed to the officer type. Guess that's because Gorman was just a dork in the movie? Who knows... makes it more down to earth.

What are you talking about ALL my costumes are officers, right down to the screen accurate pink bunny slippers.

*crickets chirp*

Well, Dom told me they were accurate, but only seen in the uber-special-Director's-ex-wife's-collectors-edition.

;)

The UK Postal strike?

Only Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week.

There was one in August and one in September IIRC.

Actually Dom, I think the diving beaver sucks! I want to wear a new badge for our Western and Midwestern North American Marines sporting nothing fiercer than the Richardson Ground Squirrel commonly called the "Gopher". Here's one greasing some Xeno with a SADAR on LV556.
Image :xeno:

We can be the UWCM United Western Colonial Marines
What do yah think?

Mike

Took awhile to get that off my chest. Thank god this thread was started. :P

Speaking as someone that once blew up a beaver dam from a stream in michigan, and we had 3 of those little buggers try and attack us (we had to shoot them all) while setting the explosives.

I can tell you that beavers are not to be messed with. They can be mean little balls of wet fur.
