The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Callum will handle all the good vantage points. I have faith in him. As for our marching, I'm only concerned with the Color/Honor Guard. But we'll do fine.

Since I'm doing the color guard, I can loan you mine. It's a Hollywood Collectibles Group and it heavy, if you want to deal with it...

(edit)
I may have an extra full size SPulse available for the parade, if so we can swap pulses.

As always I have the UKCM Ensign and always carry a cross of St George and a Union Jack.

The Japanese Hinomaru national flag will be coming with me and I'll only require the loan of a pole for the parade. I already have gloves.

Sooooo...... Are we going to have a Sgt. At Arms for the parade? Or is it going to be like other years where people who are in a costume that has an "Aliens" feel to in can jump right in to our lines and march with us? Or are we going to have someone there with a clipboard, with this sign up sheet making sure that those who signed up are marching together and that people who jump in and didn't sign up march behind us?

As much as I would love to throw some weight around and make people line up as I see fit, there's a bit of a conflict of interest here since I make costumes. It might be seen as me bumping people not wearing my armor to the back... you know how people gossip.

That being said, I vote that anyone in Sparmor gets to march in front!!

I propose that the parade order is to be organised as a perfect meritocracy - the most intelligent, most attractive, the richest and the tallest should march at the front.

I'll volunteer as the Shouty McShouty corporal with clipboard. That's usually who does it in the British forces.

I recall some kid with a shotgun and a dude with a partial gunner costume that kept falling apart finding their way into the group. I agree we need to send last-minute non-members to the back.
