Sometimes it`s inspiring to see that things can be found and are no mystical items. Found that one here on eBay just 4 hours before the auction ends. Just luck, I didn`t search for it for weeks Don`t ask me why I find so much stuff, I have a 9 hour working day, a family and need 8 hours of sleep too. I know it`s the "wrong" model, that means the IR sensor is not square like the one on the walls in the colony, but the box is exact the same. My luck that the seller didn`t mention "superswitch" in the auction text.....so it was not really expensive just do it ! |

the casing open at the seemline but the front is part of the lower half. I`ll post some more pics ASAP. On the back is the battery cover where you can insert 6 AA or 1 9V battery. There`s a contact switch on the back, I`m not sure what it does, maybe to start the alarm if someone try to remove the alarm from the table or wall. For the movie they glued on two small plastic cards/plates on the back, these cover the switch and company label and are not part of the intruder alarm. The inner batterie chamber was removed to fit in the rechargeables for the shoulder lamp. I don`t have the skills to make fibreglass copies of the box but I`ll try to learn about resin castings much as possible. After taking a close look to the box last night, I`m sure that I don`t want to use that one for my shoulder lamp because the condition is new. "batt*" under Security category was the key.....simple eh ? Loads of people are searching under "Superswitch" cus it`s the info you can read on Master Harry`s homepage. That`s what I meant with "expensive".....
