Sadly, I got booked at the Long Island Film Expo to do panels on Saturday the 12th, otherwise I would have been there.

Maybe I'll be crazy and leave after my panel and drive down to party with everyone Saturday night.

We're definitely going to have a good turn out. Having our gear together for this Shore Leave has been the goal of many of our Marines. We're even thinking of doing our own colony sweep. :twisted:

Wow. Hey... 7 Marines (Well 6 Marines and one WY employee it looks like?) ain't bad for a drop. There's a bunch of us in Florida but damned if we don't all do it at the same time except really rarely.

Every one of us in that first picture, except for Don (#4) and Cindy (#6), in the back row, will be at D*C, plus some more who weren't suited up for Shore Leave. We even have a synthetic now!

I'm probably the most active on these boards from that group, with Rob following after me. The others are registered here, I think.

If we can come up with something special for the synthetic's jumpsuit, I will ask them to post about it here. The best news is that Craig, our synthetic, can actually do the knife trick... just not as fast as Bishop. I think he's taken up the character name "Pope", too. :lol:
