Well I just asked.......who here has armor and how did you get it or make it.... I got the reply 'go here and read our newsletter' and that was it. I'm not so sure about those guys... I've requested to be in their little group, and have been denied once..I thought maybe it was a fluke or something and have tried again..If i get denied again, i won't lose sleep over it.. I always thought that the USCM were equal oppertunity employers, and as such they turn marines into equal oppertunity destroyers...But thats just me.. Catling |

Very close nit group. Meet in NYC and game on Thursdays If you want to join the AvP2 game let me know and I'll forward to weekly details (password, IP etc) onto you. As for being denied - that is strange. But again I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I'm going to leave the group anyway. Mailed the leader (who just suddenly appeared and has said nothing to me since my 3 mails to her) and no one seems to really be doing anything. Big words no action kinda thing. Cool, thanks Tony That clears up alot of things. possibly in the future, i would love to join the avp2, but right now, while i am constantly online at work, it IS work, and until i can find a computer for home use, i probably would'nt be able to get in on that as much as i would like, thanks for the offer though:) Cheers, Catling |

Well they just polled all 9 members and it came back no one really cared about the organisation they were trying to create. It was all about the props, costumes and online gaming etc. I'm still a member though and I'm not East Coast.........I jut enjoy playing AvP2 when I can find the damn server and thats about it really. Forgive me for stating the obvious, but open and welcoming attitudes are always the best ones. Who'd want to be associated with a group that's gonna charge you for an application? Even if it's only five bucks, that's an extra five bucks I could spend on armor or 2PAT BDUs. Newsletters are great... but excessive. Anyone with an e-mail account can get the same thing and won't have to worry about a bunch of excess paper floatin' around the house.
