Our plans just fell through and I need three things ASAP!!
1. I need to get the parade flag equipment to someone in Atlanta RIGHT AWAY!!!
I can mail it to the Hyatt, Hilton or Marriot but I need someone as a point of contact to pick it up.
2. I need someone to take over getting the parade ribbons for us from the Sheraton on Friday
3. I need someone to reserve our fan table in the Hyatt Thursday lunchtime/early afternoon to get a good spot.
I also have frames and raffle tickets I can try to mail as well but those are not essential as they can be purchased from any Walmart in the area so anyone driving in....can you nab a document frame and double ended raffle tickets?
Please private message me (some threads on here get blocked at work because of 'weapons') as I want to make sure I can get everything done tomorrow!!
I thought our budget could stretch a little further but it simply can't so we're left with no other choice

Whoever the point of contact is for the 3 items I can provide my cell phone number should the con need specific details...but I think they should be fine with just my name and the group info we all know.
