So i want to transfer my wives badge to my son . but it asks for a badge number ??? and do i have to send in the blue ticket wth the request ?

I had this question as well. Apparently the badge number is the one under the barcode on the label. Wasn't sure about sending the card as well but figured it wouldn't hurt to include it.
