The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I was on at 8:00 CST sharp...website would not give any room search results.
Got on the phone with reservations, on hold for about 30 minutes and then they said 'having trouble, give us an hour'
Got search results on the page about 8:45, got to the payment page...submitted the CC details: 'session timed out'
Repeated the step trying to get results, got to the payment screen....session timed out again.

9:00 the site reports only queen rooms left. Booked one and the next refresh said 'sold out'

It's getting harder and harder to book hotels for this event.

Last year, same passkey site...on, booked and paid for in under 5 minutes!!
I'm thinking Hilton reservation for 2012...book as we leave.

I know the majority did it this year....we're just a little slow here in OK ;)

The uncertainty of being able to get a room made me get before I left this year. I hate the deposit but I had no proplem with the Hilton this year. Plus I got boned there.

Thanks!

Greg
