Well for us dragon con 2011 is over we are at the airport ready to go home. We did Wed through sun this year. And we have already booked the Hilton for next year. We had an awesome time . Best dcon for us yet. We ran into, talked and got pics with so many celebs ( all pics will be posted or you can Facebook friend request me .... Travis Potter. ) made some new freinds and reconnected with some old ones. Got reinvigurated about some projects. The only let down was imagez photography but that is a whole nother thread. Anyway I will start posting pics as soon as I get home and I will put a bunch on Facebook from my phone. Love u guys and we will see u next year Yes Kevin Burton I'm talking to u Oh and I can't believe I forgot to mention meeting and getting Carrie fishers autograph. Once in a lifetime. |

Sitting at the table seeing if anyone shows up. Just a 1.5 drive for me. For some reason stayed out with Baz till 4:30. Took Aaron to the airport at 5:30. Had a blast and cannot wait till next year. Thanks! Greg |

im not there, but there was a blurb on AFN over here in Iraq. you all looked good! soldiers were commenting on the pulse rifle and how it would solve the lack of M-203's for everyone. pics gunna be up on here soon? |

Great time! Couldn't of asked for anything more. I am now scarred for life due to PVB on Sunday night. Lance again was the shit! Him coming to eat Sat night and signing my locator Sun made my weekend. Cannot wait till next year. Thanks! Greg |

Here are some final words: Rex- If you don't come to the USCM dinner next year, I will personally kick you in the balls. Dru- Great to meet you pal, you're a real Colonial Marine. Derek- Always great to see you, brother. It doesn't feel like home until I've walked my mile with you. Bruce- Once again, welcome to the club. I'm seriously contemplating Leicester, so get me that net. Callum- You're a good kid, never change. Steve- Don't dress so conservatively next year! Sandy- So sorry we couldn't spend more time together, good sir. There's always next time. Aaron- You're not as weird as I thought... MUCH weirder. I'll do any combat drop with you ATAW. Minor repost of what I said over in the other thread, thought it would be more appropriate here. It was fantastic seeing you all again, as always, and great to meet those of you who had not been there before. This year was quite possibly the best D*Con for me yet, and you all are the biggest part of that. Glad we could bring in the 25th right. Special thanks to Bruce and Tony B. for making the year extra memorable, and to Mike and Lottie for assisting me with staying alive after the parade. (I promise never to drink with the UKCM until 3am on Friday night again) |

As usual, it was a fantastic, fantastic time! Incredibly wonderful to see old friends and make some new ones.
