A few people have backed out, and this means that the individual final bill will be a little high than originally predicted as we will need to pay their share. Final details to come ASAP.

Bit confused by this as we had asked to be included in the Saturday only I called to explain the problem and that nobody should have to suffer financially for our problems in making it to the event and the lady said that numbers and menu have not been confirmed, so you guys will not be charged for us dropping our this far before the event.

I did call them in the middle of lunch service, so I had to apologise for that to... looks like it is a day of apologising. :roll:

I have read that Harry paid a deposit for us, which I assume can be returned to him if the restaurant are not holding you to numbers.

If less people than predicted come, the final price is higher as the room and food have a fixed rate of $2520 as opposed to a "per person" fee. Essentially the balance of any person not coming will have to be paid for by those attending.

**edit** As I write this, 9 people total have backed out and 1 remains unpaid. Unfortunately this raises our unit price by $8. I had originally calculated total costs based on the amounts of those who said were coming. When the one who is unpaid comes through, additional unit cost will go down to $7.

Sorry for this inconvenience... but I had no way of foreseeing these cancellations.

We're still waiting for a reply from ADC, all other payments have been received... I've updated info on the previous page of this thread.

I got ADC's PM. One of the new recruits to our Maryland platoon came aboard a little late to sign up initially and I told him the bookings were all done and no new additions to the list were being accepted. When spots started opening up, I mentioned to him that he might be able to get in now, so I referred him to Dom.
