When I saw that Dom had the cojones to speak his mind I felt the need to back him up so he wouldn't be the lone voice out there so to speak as I do share his opinion (I probably could have been a little less snarky about it ).

It goes without saying that Shari is free to have her custom armour look as she pleases! And we're all looking forward to meeting her!

AND I am looking forward to the final look of her armour.

I'm not against armour to be fitted for larger busts or even smaller girls. Scott did a great job modding Nancy's armour to fit her very well in spite of her small stature. If the chest plate can be made to accomodate for a larger bust, I'm totally for this. I just really don't want to see "boobs" on USCM armour.

I kind of support Dom in that... Boobs in armor good. But boobs in USCM armor... kind of not. While we're certainly not "That Star Wars Group", in terms of major accuracy, we also don't do the Goofy costumes either. No pimp Marines or such.

But yeah, can't wait to see the WIP on more "comfortable" armor for your lady Rex. Besides, we still need to see pics of that weapons rack she has.

Woah, and she wants to do fem Mandalorian as well? I think that's what I like about their armor... they're feminine, but not impractical. No bare midriffs or spike heels. A female that fights just as hard, if not harder, than then men.

Right - I reckon she should stay SA with her armour.
The only woman in Aliens to wear standard armour was Dietrich and she isn't amazingly endowed. Vas wore something different and Ferro had her flight suit.

Now - I recommend looking at both proper medieval armour and modern semi-rigid body armour. Ignore stab-vests though.
Boobs on armour is a big No-No due to the lack of comfort and the lack of actual armouring. Simply walking in boobed armour, the bounce can hurt like feck and anything exhertive may cause serious damage.

Think of breasts as female testicles. Now design accordingly, with attention to comfort and spacing.


All that's really needed is a slight extension forward to make for a subtle wedge shape to the breastplate. Done properly, this will bring the waist in a touch, too. The backplate may also need slight reworking to match up properly, though.

Actually the thong back on the armour is quite enhancing..
