Yup. Only took me about 5 minutes last year. Took a bit longer in 06 because I was using a transferred ticket.

It's more of a neon greenish color really, but I called it a yellow card to avoid confusion. It's just a quick and easy "Look! I Preordered!" voucher with all the info the registration staff needs to get you your badge as quickly as possible. You can still get your pass without it, it just might take them a few minutes more to find it in the haystack.
