He must give some serious discounts - I've met Lance at a couple of conventions that could barely even afford Abe's appearance fee! ;) (admittedly a few years back).

He might do that. When I looked it up previously, he had something like a $50K-100K appearance fee plus food allowances and flight/hotel.

But maybe that's just a starting point for bargaining. :)
