If you made a hotel booking in October for D*Con using the third party Passkey booking system (and website) that D*Con declared to be the "One True Booking System" for all four hotels then you might like to phone up and check your bookings.

Apparently, the issues that brought down the website were somewhat more serious than just overloading, and many bookings failed to make it into the hotel booking system from the PassKey system due to a "major computer problem".

After a 2 hour phonecall, I managed to find that the bookings I made for the UKCM *did* make it into the Marriott system but they needed to look at a PAPER LIST to find the "real" Marriott booking numbers.

So, you might like to check your bookings sooner rather than later.

i called the hilton direct , and just a couple months ago confirmed ,and paid in full , but just for kicks i will check again . thx for the heads up
