The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Fellow Colonial Marines,

As some of you might already know, myself and a number of friends here in the DC/Maryland/Southern PA area have banded together to form a USCM squad be are calling B/3-7 (Bravo Company, 3rd Batallion, 7th Colonial Marines, Eridani). All but one of us is in the early stages of putting together our Colonial Marine costumes, so we're definitely in a build-up stage.

I want to extend to all here an informal invitation to come and visit and register on our forums, even if just to extend the community a little bit. We feel that networking with others in this fine community is essential at building camraderie.

When you register, please send me a PM to let me know, so that way I can approve your board membership.

A link to our forums is found below my banner signature. We look forward to seeing you there!

The USS Terrapin recently docked at Gateway Station for a minor systems refit and software upgrade, and is now undergoing trial runs near the Earth-Moon L1 point.*

Invitations are still open to all USCM personnel to visit.

*we've upgraded the look of our forums

Just a minor bumpage here. We upgraded the forum to phpBB3.0.7 and introduced a more Colonial Marine theme to it, though there are still some minor tweaks to be made. Please come by and register. As before, the link in my signature has the (updated) URL.

Is KY / TN too far away to be B/3-7?

Yeah, with the exception of a couple of people in Northern Virginia and southern Pennsylvania (who are also in our 501st garrison), we're a Maryland group who costumes together. Outside of this geographic area, you'd really experience no benefit to joining us. You're welcome to visit our boards, though. :)
