A secondary follow-on from the Sarge's thread. How about those cinematic moments where they get so close and yet so far? Where all it would have taken was another second, another yard, another breath, and it would have made the difference between a close call and... well, a call. My nomination - Steve McQueen's motorbike jump in, funnily enough, The Great Escape. |
