Anyone else been to this website www.maniacworld.com/ There are some great vids on there. Couple of my favouites are Stupid People - for anyone who's a fan of seeing other people hurting themselves Priceless Rubber Jonny - Weird anyway there's some really funny stuff on there and weird stuff too. 'Rubber Johnny' is directed by the very wonderful Chris Cunningham who also directed the video for 'Come On My Selector' by Squarepusher and 'Come to Daddy' by Aphex Twin. Probably his most well known promo would be 'Frozen' by Madonna. There's an Alien connection too! As 'Chris Halls' he worked on Alien³ and Alien: Resurrection in the role of creature effects and character designer respectively. If you want to check out his work (which gets the Harry Harris five cheese stars award) you need THIS in your DVD collection. I've been a fan of Chris Halls' work ever since he painted the cover to one of the UK Aliens comic reprints on a toilet door - Then stole it because he liked it so much! Finally found that DVD for a reasonable price... Tenner in the Virgin sale. Sadly, unlike some of the Directors' Series, there's no commentary tracks on any of the videos. Still well worth getting. Same goes for the Rubber Johnny DVD, which should be about £8 in Virgin or HMV just now.
