eBay sellers are all well and good because you get the feedback file which you know is not biased.
This one though.....I'd ask for some testimonials and some contact details of previous customers.

I think its mandatory if not just common sense to have testimonials from previous customers posted but I didn't see any.

The website looks nice though and work has gone into it.
They have a webring, check some of the sites linked through it and generall check external links to see if that site has linked to this one.

I've heard both good and not as good about them...don't know about their BSG stuff. The not good stuff was about stuff not being done in time...

I won an auction off of ebay from them. While it took FOREVER and some lame excuses....I did get my item and it was pretty kick ass!!

That's pretty much what I've heard too, great stuff, but it may take awhile to get...

I actually went to the dewback Wing forums and members there said General Mayhem has a site . . . which is this site.

I'm looking for a good quality costume but I'm not sure if they take forever if they are the best route to go. That and they haven't answered my e-mail yet.
