It's a real exciting and fun world to belong to. I went to my first con at your age and met Nichelle "Lt Uhura" Nichols... made a lot of friends, joined to fan clubs... and the rest is history.

I own books I bought new that are older than you....
As for cons I've been going for at least 25 years..
The best times in my life ( besides sex ) so save your money and also go on the web sites to find cons that might intrest you...

Well, I guess I'm 26 going on 56...
In fact, after posting here, I'm off to check out the "I feel like the Crankiest guy here..." topic and I reckon I can give anyone here a run for their money! lol


It's not how old you are, I think it's how far you're progressing with your dreams...
God knows I feel far more like life is passing me by since my plans to move to Florida and marry the girl of my dreams were scuppered.

So obviously the key to youth is to dream small! lol
