The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

How often/much are you working out?

I need to do something myself to get back in shape. I tone, but never bulk up.

Looking good Kev!

Thanks Russ.

4 days a week- Monday/Tuesday, Thursday/Friday (Wednesday and the weekends off).

Monday-Thursday: Chest, biceps/triceps and cardio (if I feel like it ;) )

Tuesday-Friday: Back, legs and shoulders. It's not as extensive as it sounds. I only do one or two exercises for my legs and shoulders. ;)

I'm in the gym for an hour tops. But you have to appreciate I have thirteen years of training under my belt, and my muscles are remembering how to get big fast. ;)

Training is relatively easy. It's sticking to a proper food/supplement regime that is hard.

When I was a slalom racer in my school days, we did "dry land" training for 2-3 weeks M-Fri before the season started. I've never been in as good of shape since. :)

It's too easy to NOT work out as it is to just do it. Lazy in my "old" age. ;)

I still can't get over how big arnie is when he stands up at the start of the Terminator. He's huge! If I was Bill Paxton and his possey I would have been away.

You think he was big there? Rent "Pumping Iron".

It is the semi-documentary of Arnold's 6th straight Mr Olympia win in 1975.

He is absolutely ENORMOUS in that film! In fact, that was one of my inspiration films when I first started working out.

As was I my friend! And I consider myself to have a pretty good eye for that stuff! :o

Yeah, he was pretty gigantic in that film, and it's an interesting film besides.
