I have a Matt Munson Multipass kit.
I also have an old "not very good effort" kicking around somewhere too. I cannot find EITHER.

It's Dremel Time

Managed to put this together out of:
Printed/laminated GFX.
CD jewelcase.
5 or 6 layers of styrene containers, from last Tuesday's chinese dinner.
The corrugated liner from a packet of Dutch Crispbakes.
The sprue from a Games Workshop accessory set.
A nylon wheel left over from my kitchen carousel.
A small metal pinbadge.
A small microchip from a buggered VCR.
A gallon or so of superglue and UHU adhesive.
Plugchain.

And a buttload of Dremel time.

Didn't have enough time to smooth the edges properly, and I had no filler left - But overall I'm quite happy with the results!
