For DATA and anyone else interested;
The TomTom Rider V2 is what I have.
Don't get the old V1 as the mount is crap and the Tom may fall out
The basic Rider V2 comes with everything you need to get going, all in the one box. Includes bar mount, Scala Bluetooth headset, chargers, power cables etc etc... The Garmin Zumo and most others don't include the Bluetooth and even accessories are sometimes extra too.
Also, Bike SatNavs don't have an external speaker, hence the Bluetooth.
But - If you want to use the Tom in a car, you can get an additional mount that will do this for about £45.
The Tom comes in two basic versions - UK only and all of Europe.
The UK map version can be had as cheap as £280, maybe less if your Google-Fu is good enough;
http://www.mynewcheap.co.uk/products/details/tomtom-rider-v2-gb-2nd-edition/10650/Europe mapping version is more expensive, but you can just get a memory card with that on seperately, as well as the USA, or wherever you're off to.
Steve, you mentioned issues with the mounting hardware on your Ninja...
Ram-Mount, who make the original, offer various other solutions too;
