It looks like it's legit, and has been posted on a few forums I frequent, so I figured I should probably bring it to the attention of any Legacy bods who perhaps don't read the RPF or Pred boards...
That makes two of these scumbags outed in the replica prop community in the few years I've counted myself a part of it.

Makes me sick.
I never had any personal dealings with the guy, but only because I couldn't afford it!

Couldn't you just say he was "arrested"? Isn't this man innocent until proven guilty anyway? I think it's bad taste to publish his charges here... especially that sort.

agreed it is sickening, the whole situation sucks ass.

i think to say anyone into "predator" paints a broad stroke on those of us who enjoy building the costumes and enjoy the films. he was also into star wars, stargate and a few other things.

i guess it's easy to use that word in this case though... i t proves you never know who is on the other side of the keyboard, there are sick people on every part of the web

I meant more that folk on here are most likely to have encountered him, and therefore have pending deals, on Predator related matters - Given the obvious Alien / Predator relationship.

This is the second or third time a crime like this has had direct impact on the prop community. First there was some scumbag who sold some decent props... turned out to be a pedophile. Then there was Guy Raz. Now this. Things are NOT looking good for us. If word of this gets out to the rest of the world, people are gonna start associating us with the likes of John Mark Karr.

I feel like I'm gonna throw up.

Unfortunately its the opposite with these cases in the US. Maybe true in other countries, but I can only speak from what I know here.

Anyone accussed of endangering children is almost always instantly comdemned by the public. Several teachers have been falsely accused by angry students, or kids just looking to bust some chops. The sad thing is the charges were false, but the person's career was ruined in the process.

Reading on what's going on with KJ, it does not look good for him. If its not true, well.....the damage has been done. If it is, I thank God we got another one off the grid.

In this case, one of the main reasons I posted is that the guy who brought it up on the Predator board was in contact with KJs wife to try to assist her through this - And KJ used him as an alibi.
I wouldn't have posted if I didn't think it seemed clear what had happened - My initial reaction in any such situation is to want to believe it's a mistake or a hoax.
