I think it's the guys with the shades on.

I don't know if I've completed level one or not (I shot all the sunglass wearers) and I get shot within 30 seconds of level 2 starting.

It's quite amusing if you wait around after shooting someone to watch the amateur-dramatic hammed up deaths from some of the figures!

You've gotta figure out who your targets are.

Sunglasses are goons.

Guys with hats are parking enforcement officers.

Your high-profile targets will be smoking a cigar.

Don't stay zoomed in... you'll see snipers pop out in windows with a red circle... that circle is counting down from about 5 seconds. Zoom in and kill them, fast.

I gave up on Xeno. My kids are playing it which is kind of fun.
This one seems to be more of a skill game. (and a sensitive mouse)
The frustration is getting killed on the early level trying to get back to where you were.
