The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

You're in NY and not coming to my place tomorrow for the BBQ? I am so thoroughly offended.

Coolness!

Couple of questions...

I'm not a big Ghostbuster buff- was this the same location as the first film?

Where is it exactly? Next time I'm in NY I'll have to check it out!

I think it was. The EXTERIOR shots of the Ghostbusters headquarters were there. The interiors were shot in a seperate location.

Sorry Spat... I'm actually in NJ, I went to NYC for the day. :)

The exteriors were shot for both films at Hook & Ladder 8 located at the corner of N Moore & Varick streets.

In this case, you MUST cross the streams.

Dom!!!!

When someone asks you if you're a god, you say....

We had lots of fun sitting in the cinema field watching Ghostbusters at Glastonbury this year! What a good way to kick off another 5 days of fun and music. A very pleasant suprise!
Unfortunatly we missed "The Lost Boys" which was showing befor it. :(
