Looked in the ezboard help and they say:

1. Log in to your Control Center.

2. Click on the My Community tab and manage the correct community.

3. Click on the General Settings button.

4. In the time zone field, select the correct time zone from the drop down menu.

5. When you are finished, click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

But if I go to my Control Center there aren't any tabs or menu options for 'My Community'. :|

The time-zone is set as a global setting for each community. The whole of AL works on Central US Time which is 5 hours behind of GMT (6 hours behind of BST) I think.
