Obviously Halo!

However I'll never get past thinking of "Red vs Blue" whenever I see Halo armour.

Are you planning on fiberglassing over that?
Someone over on the RPF did that with a "300" inspired helmet , and the technique made me think all sorts of bad things for future projects.

Not sure whether im going to fibreglass or vacform it.

Never done either but Ive heard horror stories about fibreglass. At least vacforming is only molten plastic..

If you get the plastic molten during vacforming you've gone a bit too far Fraz.

If that's paper you're making the master out of, I don't know if you can vac over that without it going *squish*. Most vaccuform masters are made out of wood, plaster or some other dense material.
