 Post subject: pulse rifle shrouds

I have some shrouds that need some work...they are thin but useable. how can i strengthen them? Once Im done its going on the wall, Id like to be able to handle it without fear of crushing or cracking the shrouds.

what are they made of? plastic? fiberglass? immediately i think about maybe buying some metal that is about 3/4" wide and maybe an 1/8" thick and epoxying them on the inside if it is at all possible.

They are a very thin plastic witch makes them a pain to line them up. gonna need some trimming as well. I like the idea of the metal inside. Also thought about fiberglass body filler which is pretty strong.

By any chance are some parts of this kit thin plastic and the rest thick resin?
