So far the cage on the Matrix has the ejection port too small, but otherwise it looks to line up ok. since metal cages are unavailable these days i am thinking of picking up a spring SPAS 12 for cheap and using the plastic cage- at least it will have all the holes drilled out. Thanks Mark |

Thanks Mark If you weren't already aware, be warned the vast majority of spring SPAS12s are undersized. Even the franchi branded ones are usually only 2/3 scale. The marui one is correct size but the shell is so thick you May not get a shotgun inside it. There is a Tokyo marui clone spas out there somewhere that exists and is much cheaper, but I was never able to track one down. |

Wondering how the fit is on these for a real SPAS cage. That's what's on mine. I know the old Maruzens had to be trimmed down. These need to be also? |
