Hello everyone. I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself and my company. My name is Matthew "Geddon(short for Armageddon)" Pennebaker and I own Geddons Games, a large-scale airsoft event production company. We have been in business for over 3 years and have 3 monthly venues in North Texas as well as 1 retail location in East Texas. We will soon be expanding into the Oklahoma City and Houston areas as well. Some of our biggest accomplishments include our annual Fallout-inspired event, Operation Aftermath, in which we bring the full extent of the Fallout universe to life. We have also done such productions as Star Wars: The Old Republic, Deadspace, Stargate, Left4Dead/Zombie themes, and various milsim events, all as serious, high-quality events. Our latest project is based on a mixture of canon and fan-fiction events and is simply titled "AvP" And yes, I mean Alien VS Predator. Basic Synopsis: A mining colony on a habitable moon is attacked by Xenomorphs originating from a Weyland-Yutani experiment gone Awry. A group of Mercenaries known as the 22nd Rangers (Predator 1 cosplay!) As well as United States Colonial Marines are pitted against an ever-growing population of Xenomorphs. Though bitter rivals, the two must overcome years of conflict-driven hatred to survive--or will company agendas get in the way? All the while, Predator clans have taken notice of the outbreak, and the Yautja never miss an opportunity for a great hunt. Six factions to join including: Hyperdyne Systems Planetary Engineers (civilian colonists) Weyland Yutani Bio Research Division (Company Men) United States Colonial Marines 22nd Rangers (Hyperdyne-hired Mercenaries) Yuatja (Predator) Xenomorphs (light costume elements provided!) You can learn more as well as purchase event tickets by goin here http://geddonsgames.ticketbud.com/avp There is also need of cosplayers for a promo video shoot in the Dallas area. If anyone is interested in participating, they should phone me immediately (903) 348-oh four three six |
