Here are picts of my working grenade launcher on
my heavily modified G&P kit. It is using a 27mm
CAW grenade from a PEQ2 kit. Plus a altered
remington 870 trigger assy. and many custom ABS
and metal pieces I made. Someday I will have to document
this whole thing properly. Here's a break down:
1. Front view. You can see the laser that is mounted
in the rear of the barrel vent. Also, the bezel I
made for the light gate to work with the Phil S.
barrel triangle

I cut out all the vents of the cage and repositioned
the slide connection of the pump. The cage
is reinforced with brass extruded pieces inside for
strength.

Let's just say I did a lot of dremeling.
This removes the block and grenade.

www.hooverae.com/upload/pics/gren5.jpg6. Custom collar I made with 1-1/8 steel pipe.
Allen set screws on the side of the block lock
it in place.

for the grenade. The firing pin is in the center.
This is linked to the 870 trigger by a metal bar
and modified trigger hammer.
www.hooverae.com/upload/pics/gren7.jpgFinally posting some picts. I've had this thing done
since May for OP lionclaw4. It is my only AS gun.
Until I get my koba vp for my bday this month.
It was tons of work, but I'm happy the way it turned
out.
