The Matrix M41A doesn't have a sling loop, I like to know how everyone attach sling to it. |

I took a key ring loop and attached it to the barrel grills and the other end to the holes in the stock |

I just hooked my sling into the same areas, the barrel grill and the holes in the stock. It works ok. |

Screw in a small eyelet into the front triangle perhaps? |

I am trying to find a way that sling loop is an add-on, no modification to the rifle itself. I got some ideas, stay tuned. |

Okay here it is, two short straps with buckle, two small D-rings. No modification to the rifle. I know the front sling attachment point isn't screen accurate, I feel that having the sling attached so close to the muzzle could be a safety issue. Also added a layer of packing foam with double sided tape to the stock as recoil pad, to increase friction and protect armor from scratching damage. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Looking good! I however went with what Nocternus said and it does the job nicely. I would like to point out though, for those that may want to add a sling point to their Snow Wolf/ Matrix, not to attempt drilling or screwing anything into the front triangle as I believe the triangle itself houses the sensor for the counter. |

You can get the straps with buckle from surplus place, cut them down to the right length. add the D rings. |

That's corrrect it does DK. It's quite an intricate assembly so I doubt it could be drilled out in any way without damaging it. Nice solution Kampfer Lin. I'll probably do something like this myself. ![]() In terms of suitable straps these IDF sling adaptors will probably do the trick: http://www.zahal.org/products/sling-adaptar?path_parent=153457 Cheers.
