The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

So, I recently got in a new toy. Two of them actually, one belonging to Sarge.

Anyway, it didn't take me long to gas her up and fire some BB's. Keep in mind, I'm no airsoft expert, I haven't fired too many gas operated guns, only about 3 or 4 different styles.

But I love this gun. It's accurate, it's easy to shoot, great heft, has a decent sounding "thump" when fired.

The pistol alone is pretty affordable, and I'm here to say guys, worth every penny. I had read a few negative reviews online, but don't believe them!

The magazine is all metal, a good portion of her guts are metal, and the magazine well in the grip is backed with metal. The magazine release on the bottom of the grip is also, yep, metal. The safety is exactly like the real thing, as is, I believe, the way it field strips. And stripping it down is super easy.

Makes for a sturdy package. And there is an optional metal slide, which I plan to buy soon.

I suppose a downside for some would be that it doesn't have all H&K markings, it says "Tanio Koba" on the slide and magazine, and the ejection port says TK instead of HK. That doesn't bother me at all.

A few more pictures.

Of course, MAA's holster kicks loads of ass, though the velcro is LOUD!! :)

And so you guys can see the length of the slide action:

It doesn't lock back, I'm holding it open. :)

Any other members here who have one, posts your thoughts, good or bad!

I got the stock that allows to fire three burst mode that is very good.
The stock also helps alot in range and more accurate shots.

I also plan to get the metal slide with barrel from shooter. When they come in stock.

I have a few gas hand-guns and the VP-70M is very good.

Cheer's DATA

Nice review Noland!

I have a Koba also.

I installed the metal slide, harder spring, tight barrel, and

high flow valves on the mags.

If you're getting the slide, get the spring and valves also.
A definite. Check Dentrinity.

Last time I went to an indoor CQB game, Alex (uscmcorps) let
me use his burst stock. It was awesome. Makes me wish
I would have gotten a stock. Oh well.

The metal slide has the appropriate markings,so that is a plus.

The bad is the slide takes a lot of interior sanding and filing to make

it work. Be Patient most of it is powder coat overspray. Also

don't forget to sand and polish the sight ramp.
