I'm looking for a gas or CO2 blowback pistol that kicks really hard.

I need the extra blowback energy to work the extra weight associated with custom resin parts added to the slide.

Model not terribly important, I can work around it.

Matt, check out the guns made by WETech. Lots of 1911 variants and a few Berettas as well.
Also, some of the expensive KSC'S and Western Arms have "hard kick" valve systems.

agree with Fido, look for teh tokyo Mauri "hard kick" series of desert eagles
ive got a special one, and it does have a pretty good kick (for an airsoft gun)

Could always get one and adjust it. I know there are a few adjustables out there, not sure how rare they are to find though.

Thanks for the input, I'm putting the gun in a large "shell' only part of the slide will actually be shown moving outside of the shell, but I wanted the piece to actually have an apreciable kick when the action cycles.
