Yeah, I thought so too. Unfortunately, he is taking me to Disney World and Universal Studios. No matter what, we still get to geek out and see all the new Harry Potter stuff.

I really want to try and make it out to see y'all next year. I am really, really sad that I am missing D*C, but this will be the first vacation we have take alone together.

I know Baz, I know!!! I tried really hard, but he has his heart set on going. I even tried to get him to fly in Weds to Atlanta and then fly out Friday morning to Orlando just so I can stop by and see you guys! But he booked the redeye direct to Orlando on Thursday night. At least it is good to hear I will be missed, and believe me, you guys will be missed terribly!

No, not really.....I mean we are going 5 star all the way and even are flying first class, so I can't really say anything. He even is upgrading my disney annual pass to a Premier which gets me access 365 days a year to any disney park in America.

But he did get a massive what for because of that weekend, and I witheld sex for a few days.

I am just wondering who has booked a room for the Heathrow Ibis hotel on the 30/08/2011???

As I have not but I thought I would be sharing with someone. As there seem to be alot coming to the Heathrow Ibis.

If not I will book a room.

Check your old emails - I think I listed who I have catered for in the Ibis a few months ago. I'll include that list in my next email that I'll send when I'm home on Wednesday.

As promised, I am catering for the following people in the Ibis Heathrow for the night of 30th August:

So, that is 3 of the rooms occupied. I have one more in hand. Who else needs a bed near Heathrow the night before??

A thought that just entered my mind.
13 of us spread over 3 rooms. That's cool. I'm bringing an airbed.

My thought is, how does it work with the key cards? Will the hotel issue 13 cards, or do we share?
I only ask because sods law dictates that the moment you need to head back for a change/shower/etc, the person with your room card is nowhere to be seen.

Small thing I know and not realy important either. Just thought I'd ask the veterans.

Not a problem duder, the hotels are pretty cool with the numbers in the room as they make so much money anyway So we just ask for extra cards and say we need one as a spare... + you will always find at least one of you room in the High Velocity bar anyway... well... one of my room mates anyway

Technically, we're allowed 4 cards per room. However, I'm sure Abe can sweet talk a 5th one for one room.

The only real issue is: If one person's card demagnetises and has to be replaced then all four keys for that room become invalid - therefore if your card breaks then you need to get four new cards and distribute them to the people staying with you.

As you say - most of your worries have probably been encountered and thought of. If you think of anything esoteric then get in touch.

I thought as much. Thats the only niggle I had left really.
