There is now a potential problem for me regarding DCON attendance. I am currently waiting to hear back from Volvo regarding a possible start as an apprentice mechanic. If I get a place with them, the most likely start date for my new job is the first Monday in September........ when I'm supposed to be with you guys in Atlanta. I will try to find out an exact date but most likely will not know untill I get an interview (application phase is still ongoing).

I do have a job just now but getting the Volvo job is my top priority and DCON will be sacrificed if required. I hope it doesn't come to that but only time will tell.

Yeah, not only should you be Clay, but they shold be aswell. And for a week put back, they should allow it. Express it with concern that you have made plans for the first week ahead. And that is it possible to start mid second week?

On the other hand, Flights paid, D*Con ticket paid, Insurance and Visa ESTA. Only thing missing is my partner in crime. =[

Tried to purchase my D*con membership today, The will call tickets linked to in the Abemails are unavailable, so I picked up a normal membership and I'll have to pay next friday, when I get paid.

My passport also showed up today. It's looking good.

I think I just linked to http://store.dragoncon.org/ in my mails, which just happens to mention that "Will Call" memberships are out of stock on the front page.

I'm not totally sure what "Will Call" memberships are still, so don't recommend them and never have ...
